One of the most rewarding moments as a trainer is witnessing the tangible results of influence and encouragement. At the IITTI (International Image Training and Testing Institute) Greater China 7th graduation ceremony, a student named Angel—who works as a wedding banquet planner—presented a portrait she painted by hand. That gesture left me with a deep, quiet satisfaction: knowing that I can inspire others is itself the greatest fulfilment.

Angel balances family responsibilities with continuous professional learning, yet through persistent effort she attained the highest score in her class and earned the internationally recognised IITTI “Professional Image and Etiquette Certification.” Her achievement exemplifies how focused study and dedication can open doors to international recognition.
