Becoming IITTI Certified

The path to professional certification often requires determination and resilience. After a week of intense preparation with limited sleep—averaging four to five hours per night and only three hours of rest before a two-day course—I completed the IITTI examination and rested for a long recovery that felt well deserved.

I passed the assessment with high marks and am honoured to join the group of fewer than 20 people in Asia holding the International Image and Etiquette Standards (IITTI) credential. This milestone is both personally rewarding and professionally meaningful.
