Chocolate Personality Workshop for Workplace Communication

In a four-hour small-class setting, participants learn to make French truffles by hand, explore personality styles through flavour and process, and practise practical, empathetic communication techniques tailored for the workplace. Each attendee takes home a box of their handmade chocolates.

The workshop is led by Fiona Kwok, a former finance executive turned award-winning French chocolate instructor, and May Chan, an AICI-certified image consultant (one of only 88 worldwide) who trains leaders at Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands. Their combined expertise blends emotional insight, culinary craft, and professional communication strategies.
