Chocolate Personality Workshop

Spark Image Consultancy presents Asia’s first Chocolate Personality Workshop — a four‑hour small‑group experience that blends psychology and premium chocolate making to strengthen team communication and client empathy.

Participants handcraft French truffles and take home a box of their own creations. Through guided tasting of sweet, bitter, fruity and nutty flavour profiles, the workshop maps sensory preferences to personality tendencies and practical interaction styles.

The session is led by two senior instructors: Fiona Kwok, a former finance executive turned international award‑winning chocolate instructor (IDE Best of Best champion, French Michelin internship, and chocolate & French cuisine instructor at the Gas Cooking Centre); and May Chan, one of only 88 AICI‑certified image consultants worldwide, former AICI Hong Kong president, and trainer for Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands such as Chanel.

Designed for banking, insurance and service teams, the programme addresses common workplace pain points — personality clashes, difficulty reading client emotions, and stress that impedes genuine connection. Interactive exercises and immediately applicable techniques help teams reduce misunderstandings, build trust and improve customer satisfaction.
