From Student to Confident Leader

Koko first joined the IITTI International Image and Etiquette Certification (Level 1) when the programme was hosted in Hong Kong four years earlier. Over that period she moved from being a student to a friend, and then to a trusted confidante.

When asked what changed in four years, she replied with confidence: “Image is not just about external beauty. What I appreciated about your classes was that you shared management experience and life lessons, and you inspired every student to realise their inner potential.” Today she presents herself with confidence, initiative, and a balanced inner and outer development.

At a recent talk she displayed the story of our acquaintance on the screen and publicly thanked me — a moment that moved me to tears. Her progress is a vivid example of how structured image and etiquette training can support personal and professional growth.
