IITTI Business Image and Etiquette Certification

Spark Image Consultancy delivered the IITTI (International Image Training and Testing Institute) Global Soft Skill Certification (Level 1) as a two‑day course on 6 and 7 August 2020. This marked the 11th IITTI edition for the Greater China region and was held online for the first time, enabling participants to continue professional development while remaining at home.

The curriculum focused on three core soft skills: professional image, business etiquette, and communication techniques. The course is designed for those seeking to develop a career in image consultancy, professionals who wish to maintain a strong presence in social and work contexts, HR managers, sales and marketing leaders, corporate communications practitioners, and recent college or university graduates.
