IITTI Level 1 Business Image and Etiquette Training

Spark Image Consultancy presents the eleventh Greater China edition of the IITTI International Business Image & Etiquette Certification Training (Level 1). This two-day programme was scheduled for 6–7 August 2020 in Hong Kong and offers a structured path to recognised soft-skill credentials.

The course is designed for those who wish to launch or develop a career in image consulting, professionals seeking to maintain a strong personal or corporate image, and anyone with an interest in professional presentation, including HR managers, sales and marketing leaders, corporate communications practitioners, and recent college or university graduates.

Participants acquire practical competence in three core soft-skill areas: (1) professional image, (2) business etiquette, and (3) communication techniques. The curriculum blends theory and applied exercises to help attendees upgrade both their outward presentation and interpersonal effectiveness.
