IITTI Level 1 Business Image Certification

Spark Image Consultancy, presented by 環球形象學院 UIA (Universal Image Academy), delivered the 12th Greater China IITTI International Business Image and Etiquette Certification (Level 1), a focused two‑day training held in Hong Kong on 28 and 29 July 2021.

This intensive course is designed for individuals who wish to build a career in image consulting, strengthen their personal or professional presence, or prepare for international environments. Typical participants include human resources managers, sales and marketing professionals, corporate and communications practitioners, recent college or university graduates, and anyone preparing to travel or work abroad.

The curriculum concentrates on three core soft‑skill areas: (1) professional image, (2) business etiquette (including dining etiquette), and (3) communication skills. Through practical instruction and applied exercises, participants gain tools to project confidence, observe international business conventions, and communicate more effectively in professional settings.
