IITTI Level 1 Certification Begins

On 28 March 2019 Spark Image Consultancy led the first day of the eighth IITTI Greater China International Image and Etiquette Certification (Global Soft Skill Certification, Level 1).

Students from four different locations across Asia attended the session with a shared objective: to meet international standards in soft skills. The cohort reflected a regional commitment to professional development in image, etiquette, and interpersonal communication.

Under the guidance of May Chan and the Spark Image team, participants engaged with the core curriculum designed by IITTI to strengthen presentation, etiquette, and service excellence. The training aims to prepare practitioners to deliver consistent, internationally recognised soft‑skill outcomes.
