Image and Etiquette Training

Delivering effective training is about partnership. Spark Image Consultancy recently conducted an online image and etiquette workshop for a well‑known insurance company, attended by more than 70 participants. Working together with the client team — including Yuki and Jeffrey — we established common objectives, refined communication, and attended to every practical detail to ensure a coherent learning experience.

The session combined practical instruction with opportunities for interaction, and the organisers received continuing questions and positive feedback after the event. The lively exchange and mutual encouragement among participants highlighted how training can strengthen teamwork and professional presence even in a virtual setting.
