Spark Image Consultancy collaborated with Kowloon Development to support the launch of the premium residential project “63 Pokfulam.” The engagement focused on delivering bespoke image, etiquette and service training tailored to a luxury, hotel-style concierge standard.
The programme provided practical guidance for both residents and the property management team, covering professional presentation, refined guest service and protocols that enhance a high-end living experience. Training content was designed to align with the standards expected of premium residential developments and to ensure consistent, courteous interactions across front-line service staff.
