Joy in Corporate Training

In a recent corporate training session I had the pleasure of meeting two colleagues who have just reached ten years with their company. Coincidentally, they entered the image industry around the same time as I did.

Ten years is not easy to achieve, yet they remained focused, asked courageous questions, and kept a warm sense of humour throughout the workshop. Those qualities made the session engaging for everyone.

At the end of the class they told me, "This is one of the courses that inspired me." Hearing that remark is my greatest joy as a trainer — it is why I do this work.
