Luxury Retail Service Training
2 January 2019

Hong Kong has long held a leading position in the global retailing of luxury watches, jewellery and fashion. Spark Image was invited to design and deliver a series of training workshops for a prestige group representing international brands including Cartier and IWC.
As technology and mobile retailing evolve, human-centred service remains a key differentiator. Quoting Jack Ma, “Technology is only a tool”; it cannot replace service delivered with passion and cultural awareness. Spark Image’s sessions for senior front-line customer service representatives combined professional service etiquette with interactive case studies to illustrate how to apply theory in daily operations in a personalised and professional manner.
Participants came from different brands within the group, so the curriculum refreshed core principles while emphasising peer interaction and practical application. Through role play and real-world examples, the workshops explored how to deliver attentive, detail-oriented service that complements technological tools rather than competing with them.
