Preparing for Growth in the Insurance Sector

2018 marked an important year for infrastructure and transport development affecting Hong Kong. Increased flows of people and trade from China and other Asian cities — notably in the Dawan District — contributed to a substantial rise in demand for insurance services.

In response, many insurance groups arranged targeted training to strengthen staff professional skills. Spark Image developed a customised image and etiquette programme titled “整裝待發” for the insurance industry to help frontline and corporate teams present with greater professionalism and confidence.
