Preparing Mainland Students for Professional Image

On 13 March 2019, May Chan of Spark Image Consultancy visited a university to lead a sharing session for more than 60 university students from Mainland China. The programme focused on practical image and etiquette skills that help graduates transition smoothly into the workplace.

Participants responded that the session offered more than technical tips: they gained a clearer sense of professional passion and personal aspiration. One student remarked that they did not only learn about image but were inspired by the speaker’s enthusiasm and dreams for her work.

As an introductory session, the aim was to prepare students for the expectations of professional environments while encouraging them to cultivate confidence and ambition as they begin their careers.
