Professional Image and Business Etiquette Training

Spark Image Consultancy was engaged by a world’s leading Pharmaceuticals Diagnostics Company to develop and deliver a series of professional image and business etiquette trainings. Using custom-made course materials and practical exercises, participants from laboratory departments to sales teams learned how to project a consistent corporate image, practise customer-service etiquette, and refine their selling presentation skills.

The programme emphasized turning every staff member into an effective company ambassador who represents and promotes the organisation with confidence. Following the positive outcomes achieved in 2017, Spark Image was gratefully reappointed as the company’s designated image and etiquette consultant for 2018.
