Reflections on AICI 3rd Asia Conference

At the AICI 3rd Asia Conference — Interchange, I was honored to serve as a panelist for the session “Your role in AICI.” I spoke as a representative of Spark Image Consultancy, sharing six years of involvement with AICI and how the organisation’s platform has supported my professional growth.

Changing careers is never easy. I reflected on the fears and uncertainties that accompany such transitions, particularly for women, and explained how engagement with AICI helped me navigate those challenges and receive unexpected rewards in return.
