Rise Through Adversity Workshop

The Rise Through Adversity workshop (形難而上) is designed to equip professionals who are navigating career change or seeking a new direction. The programme focuses on practical, confidence-building skills that help participants become genuinely welcomed in the workplace.

The event filled within four days, and in response to demand Spark Image opened an additional 20 places. We were honoured to invite Alan to serve as master of ceremonies for this large online event.

The workshop covers three core areas:

• Image: how to present yourself in ways that reflect competence and authenticity.

• Communication and presence: techniques to improve interpersonal influence, clarity, and gravitas.

• Transformational mindset: psychological strategies for embracing difficulty, learning from setbacks, and using change as a catalyst.

Many professionals face adversity; with intentional preparation and the right tools, challenges can be transformed into strategic opportunities. This workshop was built to help participants learn those tools and to enjoy the progress that follows.
