Valuing Breaks to Connect with Participants
19 July 2021

During trainings, May Chan of Spark Image never sits during break time. This habit has remained unchanged since she started in the industry because she values using breaks to interact closely with participants and to understand their needs.
Does this become tiring? The fatigue disappears when participants offer overwhelming appreciation after a workshop. One participant commented, “May, I truly admire you — you are gentle yet powerful, and very attractive. I sincerely want to learn from you.” Moments like these reaffirm the purpose of the session.
This approach — treating break time as a chance for human connection — is how topics such as “How to attract high quality clients” are successfully completed. To learn more about Spark Image and their programmes, visit https://www.sparkimage.com.hk.
